Gerald was a member of the ABA, NLA, WTLA, ATLA, CLS, NOLPE, and ELA.
President of Wyoming State Bar Association 1995-1996. Gerald coined the phrase "proud to be a Wyoming lawyer."
Gerald was a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Gerald was an honest attorney. He was respected by his peers and collegues. There were few things
he enjoyed more than standing in a courtroom before a judge or jury. His knowledge of the law and his passion for it
made him a great lawyer. He was "proud to have been a Wyoming lawyer."

Doug handles a variety of legal matters for his clients. In particular, he enjoys civil litigation. Either
plaintiff and defense work, Doug will zealously represent his client from the first consultation on through trial and, if
necessary, appeal. Although highly successful at settling cases before they get to trial, he will do his best to
see that his clients interests are well represented in court.
Doug also enjoys business planning and formation and estate planning work.
